These are different ways in which hay was moved at Berida at three points in its history.
The first was taken in 1923.
And the second was taken in 1927. The person on top of the load is believed to be Billy Diggs.
The final photo was taken by Nancy McCutcheon during a drought.

Mervyn August Reichelt (b. 14 August 1918, d. 9 September 1993) and Elsa Marie Appelt (b. 28 March 1924) were married at Trungley Hall (near Temora) Lutheran Church on 6 February 1946 by Elsa’s father, Rev. Appelt. Mervyn was the third son of Nat and Frieda Reichelt. The couple lived at “Kulgoa” Biddon and had four children – Darryl (married Dianne Spotswood), Kaye (married Michael McCutcheon), Ian (married Noelene Zell) and Wynn (married Terrance McKenzie).
